Rise Up Psychological Services

We specialize in helping kids, teens, adolescents, and young adults in Bountiful, North Salt Lake, Centerville, Farmington, and surrounding ares. Our aim is to help them rise up and become their best selves. Melissa White, Ph. D. is the clinical psychologist of the practice and loves working with the people of Davis and Salt Lake counties. She prefers meeting in person, but also offers virtual telehealth visits as well.

At Rise Up Psychological Services, we take insurance from many different insurance companies (see the list here), and can help you determine how much they will cover. Just send us an email with some basic information (name, insurance company, and member id) and we'll do the rest! If you have insurance that we don't cover, many times out-of-network coverage can be a good option, or we can accept self-pay clients as well. Rates for self paying clients are $180 for an initial intake session, and $155 per session after that.

Unfortunately at this time, Melissa is not taking new clients. If you are interested in being placed on a wait list, please contact us at office@riseuppsychology.com, or call us at (801) 436–7576. Near the beginning of each month we will contact those on the wait list and verify that they are still interested in being on the wait list. If, at any point, additional availability opens up for Melissa, we will reach out to those on the wait list in the order they were added.
